Third-party rights and source boundaries

CC-BY-4.0 does not relicense third-party sources. LOINC is governed by the Regenstrief Institute LOINC licence; SNOMED CT is governed by SNOMED International licence terms; HL7/FHIR base specifications are governed by HL7 International terms. Vietnamese legal documents and Thư Viện Pháp Luật source pages are cited for traceability, not relicensed by VN Core. Implementers must verify these licences before production redistribution.

Acceptable use

Reasonable scraping for research is allowed. Excessive automated requests that affect site availability are not. We reserve the right to block abusive traffic at the CDN layer.
