Cite it right, keep the version traceable.

VN Core FHIR is open software with version-specific releases. When you cite it, include the exact version and the date you accessed it so readers can return to that exact state.

VN Core does not currently have a DOI. The maintainers may register release-specific DOIs once a durable publication and archival process is established; for now, cite the URL, version and access date.
